List of Ingredients
- Graham Cracker Crumbs (1C)
- Baking Powder (1tsp)
- Chopped Pecans (1C in crust + 1/2 C on topping)
- Sugar (1C)
- Egg Whites (3)
- Vanilla (1tsp)
- Cool whip (16oz)
Instructions
- Beat Egg whites until stiff
- Beat in sugar, vanilla and baking powder
- fold in Graham Cracker Crumbs & 1C Pecans
- Pour into greased pie plate (9 in.)
- Bake at 350F for 30 min.
- Cool
- Top with whipped cream
- Sprinkle 1/2 cup pecans on top of whipped cream
- Regrigerate and serve
