List of Ingredients
1 doz tamales, cut up (2 cans for a small group - 4 cans feeds 12)
1 (15oz) can chili with no beans (again 4 cans for feeding 12)
1/2 chopped onion (1 whole for 12)
2 c broken corn chips (Fritos or name brand is fine)
6 oz Cheddar Cheese ( 12 oz for 12)
Recipe
Layer ingredients as listed starting with the tamales and ending with cheese. Heat at 350 degrees until cheese melts and bubbles around the edges.
