    Pecan Balls

    A Christmas or wedding cookie that we always had at special times when I was a child. Used these at my own wedding reception as well..Very easy to make, and a real hit with the family..

    List of Ingredients




    1 cup margarine
    1/4 cup sugar
    2 cups flour
    powdered sugar

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350degrees...Cream margarine in med. sized bowl. Add sugar, flour and pecans. Shape into 1 inch balls ..Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes.Remove from oven and roll twice in powdered sugar while still hot..Makes 2 dozen
