    List of Ingredients




    1 – banana

    8 – ounces carrots

    4 – ounces melon or watermelon

    2 – cups orange juice

    2 – tablespoons lemon juice

    8 – ice cubes

    Peel fruits and cut into cubes.

    Add the banana, carrots, melon, orange juice, lemon juice, and ice cubes to blender. Cover and blend at high speed or liquefy for 1-minutes.

    Makes 4 8-ounce servings.
