Watermelon Sweet Water

3 cups diced watermelon, rinds sliced off, seeds removed and saved for garnish
Juice of 1 lime
1/4 cup sugar
3 cups cold water
Place the watermelon in a blender with the lime juice and sugar. Puree. Place the cold water in a clear pitcher and whisk in the watermelon puree until thoroughly blended. (By not adding the water to the blender, the mix is less frothy and the drink retains a purer watermelon color.) Chill.
Just before serving, stir again and sprinkle in a few black watermelon seeds for the effect.
