    Corny Hush Puppies

    List of Ingredients







    1 cup all-purpose flour
    1 t. salt
    1 t. baking soda
    1 t. baking powder
    1/2 t. garlic powder
    1/2 t. cayenne pepper
    2 cups cornmeal (more or less)
    1/2 cup chopped green onion
    1 cup whole kernel corn
    2 eggs
    1/2 cup buttermilk

    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients well, then add 2 T. hot oil and mix in.
    Spoon batter into hot cooking oil and cook
    about 2 minutes each side.
