    3 cups buttermilk baking mix
    1 cup white sugar
    2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
    1/4 cup yellow cornmeal
    3 eggs
    1 1/4 cups milk
    1 cup butter, melted

    1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly
    grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
    2 In a large mixing bowl, combine baking mix, sugar,
    baking powder and cornmeal.
    3 In a separtate bowl, combine eggs, milk and melted
    butter; beat until creamy. Stir in flour mixture until well
    combined. Pour batter into prepared pan.
    4 Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30 minutes,
    or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the
    bread comes out clean. Serve warm.
