    West Texas Corn Bread

    List of Ingredients






    2 Eggs
    1/2 cup vegetable oil
    1 cup sour cream
    1 cup yellow corn meal
    1 cup cream-style corn
    3 teaspoons baking powder
    1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 4-ounce can chopped green chiles or 1 4-ounce can chopped hot jalapeños

    Serves: 12
    Oven: 400 degrees
    Mix all ingredients. Bake in well-greased bundt cake pan 35 to 40 minutes or bake in large, well-greased iron skillet 30 to 40 minutes.
