Make a roux out of unbleached flour and butter. In a separate pan, warm up heavy cream and half and half. Add roux and bring to a slow boil. Remove from heat and add finely cut up sharp cheddar cheese. Add chopped, hard-boiled eggs. Mix well and serve over toast, biscuits, or corn bread. Salt and pepper to taste, and add a little garlic powder.Recipe
