Czech pigs-in-the-blanket!!!
List of Ingredients
2 lbs link sausage (skinless works best)
1 1/3 c milk
2 1/2 TBS butter
2 eggs
1 TBS sugar
2/3 tsp salt
4 c flour
2 1/2 tsp yeast
Cut sausage into 1 - 1 1/2" chunks, about 48 pieces. Place remaining igred. in bread machine. run the dough cycle. When done, remove dough. Cut into four equalportions. Cut one portion into 12 equal pieces. Shape one piece completely around one sausage piece and pinch dough to seal. Place on greased baking sheet. do the same with the remaining dough and sausage pieces. Cover with a light towel; allow to rise 30 minutes to an hour. Bake at 325 until golden brown, about 20 min. Makes 4 dozen rolls.
