Strawberry Shortcake Bread

List of Ingredients



1 package yeast
3 cups bread flour
1 tablespoon gluten
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon baking soda
1 package frozen strawberries in syrup -- thawed
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup whipping cream
1/4 cup warm water
1 cup fresh strawberries

Add all ingredients, except FRESH berries, into bread pan in the order
recommended by the machine's manufacturer. Select white bread and push
start. Add the fresh berries at the beeps.

This recipe yields 1 loaf.
