2 C Powdered Sugar
4 Tbsp Dutch Cocoa Powder
3 Tbsp Butter
3 Tbsp Cream Cheese
1/4 Tsp Vanilla
1/2 C Boiling Water
Mix the powdered sugar and the cocoa powder. Melt the butter and
cream cheese together. Add the melted mixture to the powder and
immediately mix with a hand mixer until the mixture is crumbly.
Add the vanilla. Slowly add the water and mix on high speed until
the mixture thins enough to pour and becomes smooth. Pour over
cake, dessert, etc., and chill for a few minutes to set.
