    Makes 4 pies, recipe can easily be divided to make one pie

    List of Ingredients




    8 eggs
    2 c sugar
    4 c white Karo syrup
    2 c butter, melted
    4 tsp vanilla
    2 c coconut
    2 c pecan pieces
    4 c oatmeal

    Mix all ingred together. Pour into 4 unbaked, 9" deep-dish pie shells. Bake at 350 for 45 min to an hour, or until moderately firm.
