Pecan Pie (Secret Recipe)

2 tablespoons flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup dark corn syrup
2 eggs
1 tablespoon melted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons condensed milk
1 cup fresh pecans
1 unbaked 8- or 9-inch pie shell
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Mix flour, salt, sugar, corn syrup, eggs, butter, vanilla and milk, stirring after each ingredient is added. Fold in pecans and whisk mixture to coat. Pour into pie shell and bake 50 minutes. Refrigerate 6 to 12 hours if possible.
