List of Ingredients
CAKE
Combine together:
2 c. sugar
8 beaten eggs
3/4 c. oil
In a separate bowl, combine:
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Add dry ingredients to sugar and egg mixture, alternating with:
1/4 c. Tia Maria
3/4 c. buttermilk
Mix in:
1T. vanilla
1c. pecans, chopped
1/2 c. macadamia nuts, chopped
1/2 c. almonds, chopped
1/2 c. coconut
Bake in greased 10-inch tube pan at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until done. Pour syrup over cake and let set for 4 hours
SYRUP
Combine in a saucepan
1 c. sugar
3 T. butter
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. Tia Maria
Bring to a boil on low heat for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and pour over cake.
