Theresas' Lemon Poke Cake

Cake:
One Box of Duncan Hines Butter Golden Cake Mix
4 fresh eggs, at room temp
3/4 C. Canola Oil
1/2 C. sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 c. sour cream
Glaze:
1 C. Powdered Sugar
3 TBS Fresh Lemon Juice (do not use stuff from the bottle)
Preheat oven to 350. Grease (use Crisco only) and lightly flour a 9x12 metal cake pan. Mix together all cake ingredients until smooth, pour into pan and bakefor 35 minutes or until toothpick clean. While cake is baking prepare your glaze, add 2TBS of the 3Tbs of lemon juice to the powder sugar, (adding the next 1 TBSof lemon juice if needed) unitl the glaze is a fluid consistence.
When cake is done poke holes with tooth pick all over the warm cake. Pour the prepared glaze over cake letting the glaze seep into the pokes. use knife if needed to spread glaze evenly over the top of the cake.Recipe
