Great on pancakes, waffles or biscuits.
List of Ingredients
2 Cups of blackberry juice*
(from approximately 1-1/2
quarts of blackberries)
2 cups of sugar
2 cups white corn syrup
Measure juice into 6 or 8 quart pot. Heat juice to boiling; add sugar, stirring until dissolved. Add corn syrup, heat to boiling, and simmer about 5 minutes. Pour into hot, sterilized jars. Seal lids with two piece caps. Process 10 minutes in boiling water canner.
