List of Ingredients




Makes 2 cups

3/4 cup beef bouillon powder
3/4 cup dried minced onion
1/2 cup onion powder
4 tsp parsley flakes
1 TBS ground turmeric
1/4 tsp ground cumin
1 Tbs celery salt
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 1/2 Tbs light brown sugar

Put all of the ingredients in a food processor and pulse until it’s mostly powder; you should still be able to see bits of the dried minced onions.

Store in an airtight jar. Use about 3 TBS of the mix to equal one packet of the commercial mix.

Good to double or triple the recipe if you will use a lot of the mix. Makes a good holiday gift in a small jar.
