    Especially good spread on a bagel or your morning toast.

    List of Ingredients








    - 1 pint strawberries, or 10 oz. package frozen strawberries, thawed and drained
    - 1/2 pound butter, softened
    - 1 cp. confectioners sugar
    (1/2 cp. if using frozen berries)
    Place ingredients in food processor or blender and process until smooth and
    creamy. Chill.
