Garlic Cheese Grits

Serves 8-10.
1 cup quick grits, uncooked
1 tbl. salt
4 cups water
1 stick butter or margarine
6 ozs. Kraft Velveeta Cheese
1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
1 tbl. finely chopped garlic
2 tbls. Worcestershire sauce
Paprika
1. Cook the grits in the salted water according to package directions. Be very careful to cook the grits until they are very stiff. (Cook the full time specified on the package).
2. Add the butter, Velveeta, sharp Cheddar, chopped garlic and Worcestershire sauce. Stir until the butter and cheese have melted. Pour into greased casserole (about a 9x11 size) and sprinkle with paprika.
3. Bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes until dish is heated through and bubbly. Use as a main supper dish or starch.
Variation: Substitute 6 ounces of Colby cheese for the Velveeta.Recipe
