    1 Stick Butter
    1 Cup Creamy Peanut Butter
    1/2 cup powdered Sugar
    1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
    Ritz Crackers
    3 Bag baking milk chocolate chips ( can use
    baking bars)

    Mix peanut butter, butter, powdered sugar
    and vanilla until creamy. Spread between 2
    crackers. Melt Chocolate. Dip cookies in the
    chocolate and cool on wax paper
