    Cowboy Cookies w/ raisins

    List of Ingredients





    2 sticks butter
    2 sticks margarine
    1 lb brown sugar
    2 c sugar
    Blend butter and sugar
    4 large eggs
    Mix together
    1 T Vanilla
    1 T Brandy
    Stir together
    4 cups flour unbleached
    1 t baking powder
    1 t baking soda
    Incoporate in
    4 c oats
    4 c Corn Flakes crunched to the size of oats
    8 oz chopped date
    1 c white raisins
    1 c dark raisins
    1 small bag chocolate chips
    1 small bag white chips
    Stir together
    Make into the size of a handball
    Bake at 350 until golden brown (don't
    overcook them)
