Spread it on toast, fruit, ice cream, even other cookies. This homemade version packs little crunchy bits of cookie into each bite.
List of Ingredients
20 Biscoff Cookies; 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar; ¼ cup heavy whipping cream.
Directions: Add cookies and brown sugar to a food processor, and process until it’s the texture of breadcrumbs. While processor is running, add heavy whipping cream, and blend until smooth. Transfer cookie butter to an airtight container and store in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Recipe
