    Makes 2 or more cakes (depending on size)

    1 pound marshmallows, cut fine

    1 pint whipping cream

    2 pounds graham crackers, rolled fine

    1 pound shelled walnuts

    1 pound shelled pecans

    1 pound shelled Brazil nuts

    2 pounds mixed fruit, cut fine

    1 pound raisins

    1 pound chopped dates Combine marshmallows and cream in a bowl and refrigerate for 24 hours. Remove from refrigerator and add graham-cracker crumbs, one cup at a time; then add nuts and fruits. Pack in tins or plastic containers and refrigerate for up to three weeks
