Cream Cheese Tarts
List of Ingredients
18 vanilla wafers
18 cupcake papers
2 8-ounce packages cream cheese
2 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 can (28 ounces) cherry or blueberry pie filling Recipe
Line cupcake pans with paper liners. Put one vanilla wafer in the bottom of each cup. Beat remaining ingredients until fluffy. Fill each cup 3/4 full. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Cool. Top with about 1 teaspoon pie filling. Makes 18.
