    Caramel Pineapple Nut Loaf

    Number of Servings: 5


    1 10 count can biscuits
    2 tablespoons butter
    1/2 cup caramel topping
    1 can crushed pineapple
    1/2 cup chopped pecans

    Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces. Place in well-greased oven. Melt butter in saucepan. Stir in pineapple and caramel topping. Pour over biscuit pieces. Top with chopped pecans. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes or until golden brown. (In kitchen oven 350¡). Garnish with fresh pineapple slices. Serve hot or cold.
