Florentine Crescent Rolls

1 10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach thawed and drained
1/2 pound Velveeta Cheese cubed
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
3 strips crisply cooked bacon crumbled
2 cans Crescent dinner rolls
Combine spinach, cheese, bread crumbs and bacon in pan. Cook over low heat until cheese melts. Unroll dough; separate into 16 triangles. Spread each triangle with 1 tablespoon of mixture. Roll up, starting at wide end. Place on greased pizza rack in Dutch oven, cover and bake until golden brown. Use top coals midway through cooking time.
