    6 medium zucchini shredded
    6 cans white tuna in water
    1 loaf French bread
    6 eggs
    1 cup onion finely chopped
    6 teaspoons lemon juice
    6 tablespoons peanut oil
    1 loaf whole wheat bread
    3 large tomatoes
    1 head leaf lettuce
    1 cup mayonnaise
    1/4 cup ketchup
    1/4 cup cocktail sauce
    2 teaspoons hot sauce
    1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
    1/4 cup onion finely chopped

    Finely shred zucchini; pat dry. Mix zucchini with tuna, bread cubes, egg, onion, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Shape mixture into 3-inch round patties. Heat oil in skillet, cook patties until browned on both sides. Serve on whole wheat bread, with tomato slice and lettuce leaf. Dollop sauce on top.

    Sauce: Mix mayo, cocktail sauce, ketchup, hot sauce, mustard, onion. Blend until smooth.
