Sourdough Rolls

List of Ingredients
1cup sourdough starter
2 cups self rising flour
4 teaspoons oil
1/2 cup warm water
1 package active yeast
Dissolve yeast in warm water (105-115 degrees) Let proof then add remaining ingredients.
Knead dough, cover with cheesecloth and let rise until doubled in size.
Punch down and form into rolls.
Place rolls in well greased dutch oven and allow to rise approximately 30 minutes
Place over medium heat (350 degrees) and add top coals.
Cook for 15-25 minutes or until golden brown.
Brush with melted butter or top with orange honey butter for a mouth watering treat.
