½ cup ripe mango, diced
1 tbsp cantaloupe, shredded or honeydew melon
1 tbsp cooked ube (yam) or sweet potato
1 banana, sliced1 tbsp macapuno
1 tbsp cooked sweet corn
1 tbsp cooked Mung beans
¼ cup pinipig (rice, toasted and pounded)
1 tbsp water melon
ice, shaved
1 tbsp honey
¼ cup condensed milk
¼ young coconut juice
Procedure:
Layer fresh as well as cooked fruits and vegetables in a tall glass. Fill with the shaved ice. Add honey. Pour milk and young coconut juice. Serve immediately.
