Alaskan King Salmon wrapped in Filo

List of Ingredients
4 6 oz. salmon filets
2 poblano peppers
1 bunch fresh cilantro
1 clove of garlic, peeled
1 Cup pine nuts
1 Cup parmesan cheese, grated
2 Tablespoons olive oil
20-25 sheets of filo dough
Combine peppers, cilantro, garlic, pine nuts, cheese and olive oil into food processor.
Blend on full speed until a pesto sauce forms.
Spread pesto on top of cleaned salmon filets.
Place filet onto 4-5 sheets of filo dough. Wrap salmon up in filo; fold ends.
Brown the wrapped fish in olive oil; frying it on medium to high heat for 2-3 minutes.
Bake in oven for 10 minutes at 400 degrees.
Trim the ends of each wrapped filet. Cut each in half and then again diagonally, creating four pieces.
