Hatch Green Chili BBQ Shrimp

List of Ingredients
2 Dozen Large Peeled & Devined Shrimp (Prawns)
5 Fresh Roasted Hatch Green Chilis w/seeds
3 cups Dry white wine (Chardonay works good)
Juice from 3 oranges
2 TableSpoons chopped garlic
Place all in a large ziplock type bag and marinate for about 2 hours.
Drain liquid saving chilli from bag and place Shrimp on the grill and coat w/the chili, Grill until opaque or desired and enjoy.
The more chili the better the taste!!!
