    SALMON PIE

    List of Ingredients






    Serves 6 * 2 beaten eggs

    * ½ cup milk

    * 1 tablespoon butter, melted

    * ¼ cup chopped onion

    * 2 tablespoons minced parsley

    * ¾ teaspoon dried basil

    * ¼ teaspoon salt, optional

    * 15-ounce can salmon

    * Pastry for 1 pie crust

    Recipe



    Combine eggs, milk, butter, onion, parsley and seasonings. Break salmon into chunks, removing any bones and/or skin. Stir salmon into egg mixture. Pour mixture into well-greased 8-inch pie plate.

    Cut the pastry into 6 wedges and arrange on top of pie. Bake at 425 degrees for about 25 minutes. Serve immediately.
