Honey Lemon "Dump" Chicken

1/2 Cup butter or margarine
1/2 Cup honey
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. onion powder
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Mix everything together well, and pour over a large pan full of
skinless chicken pieces (I used a jam-packed 10x15 pan). Bake
uncovered at 400F for about 20 minutes. Turn chicken over and baste.
Turn oven down to 325F at this point (DON'T FORGET TO TURN THE OVEN
DOWN UNLESS YOU'RE PREPARING A BURNT OFFERING!!!!!). Bake, turning
occasionally, for another 45 minutes-1 hr. Serve over rice.
This is great to make ahead and freeze, as it marinates as it thaws.
Also nice to have prepared the night before to just pop in the oven
on a busy day.Recipe
