Ice Cream Mud Pie

1 baked chocolate cookie crumb crust (store bought or follow recipe below)
6 cups or 3 pints chocolate ice cream, softened (or use your favorite flavor)
1 cup ready-made fudge topping
4 cups whipped cream
3/4 cup crushed chocolate cookies
Fill your baked, cooled pie shell half-way with half of the chocolate ice cream and freeze for 30 minutes. Spread the fudge topping over the ice cream and freeze another 15 minutes. Top with the remaining ice cream, the whipped cream, and the cookie crumbs. Freeze for at least 3 hours. Serves 8 to 10.
