    Lemon Velvet Ice Cream

    List of Ingredients




    1 qt. whole milk
    1 qt. whipping cream
    1 c. half and half
    Juice of 8 lemons
    1 T. grated lemon rind
    4 c. sugar
    2 t. lemon extract

    Mix ingredients well. Pour into chilled ice cream freezer canister and freeze according to manufacturer's directions.
