    Caramelized baby bananas
    Homemade marshmallows
    Caramelized peanuts
    Tahitian vanilla ice cream
    Heirloom chocolate ice cream
    Chocolate sauce
    Chino Ranch strawberry ice cream
    Strawberry sauce
    Diced pineapple pieces (optional)
    Chocolate sticks and fresh raspberries for garnish
    Arrange all ingredients, except chocolate sticks and raspberries, in an artistic design on a large square palate (see cover) as desired. (Using a small kitchen torch, heat marshmallows to soften.) Garnish with chocolate sticks and a few raspberries. Each plate makes 1 serving.
