PEACH JELLY
List of Ingredients
2 cups crushed pineapple, drained
4 cups diced peaches
8 cups white sugar
6-oz. pkg. orange gelatin
In a saucepan, combine pineapple, peaches and sugar and bring to a hard boil. Boil for 20 minutes. Remove from heat and add gelatin. Stir well and pour into jars and freeze. (Allow room in each jar for expansion.) Makes 4 - 6 pints.
