PANCAKE SYRUP
List of Ingredients
3 cups sugar
1 1/2 cup water
3 Tbs molasses
1 tsp vanilla
2 tsp butter flavoring
1 tsp maple extract
Bring all ingredients to a boil, stirring frequently until all the sugar dissolves (a good rolling boil). Turn off the burner, serve hot over pancakes and waffles; store left overs in old syrup bottles in the refrigerator. Warm syrup in the microwave in a glass measuring cup.
