    Big Boy Beef Marinade

    List of Ingredients






    1-1/2 Cup oil
    1/4 Cup Worcestershire
    2-1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 Cup vinegar
    2 garlic cloves, crushed
    3/4 Cup soy sauce
    1 Tblsp. dry mustard
    1 Tblsp. coarse ground pepper
    1-1/2 tsp. dry parsley flakes
    1/3 Cup fresh lemon juice


    Recipe



    Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour over meat (taste great on steaks or meat kabobs) and refrigerate 2-3 hours or overnight. Freezes well.
