Poultry Injection Marinade
List of Ingredients
1/2 C. cooking oil
1/2 C. water
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
1 t. salt
1 t. garlic powder
1 t. onion powder
1/2 t. ground bay
1/2 t. ground thyme
1/2 t. ground sage
1/2 t. black pepper
1/4 t. red pepper
In a pan over warm heat, combine all of the ingredients
Bring to simmer and let cool.
Using an injector, insert into poultry in a lot of holes. By the very nature of injections, a lot of the marinade will 'leak out'. What remains in the meat will help make it very flavorful!
