Salisbury Steak W/ Onion Gravy

1 10 ¾-oz. can onion soup (divided use)
1 ½ pounds hamburger
½ cup bread crumbs
1 egg
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon flour
¼ cup ketchup
¼ cup water
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
½ teaspoon prepared mustard
Directions:
Heat large skillet over medium-high heat. Combine 1/3 cup soup with meat, bread crumbs, egg, salt and pepper. Form into 4 to 6 patties; brown on each side.
In separate bowl, blend remaining soup, flour, ketchup, water, Worcestershire sauce and mustard. Pour over meat.
Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
