Smothered Pork Chops

5 or 6 4oz pork chops
1 large can cream of chicken soup
1 large can cream of broccoli soup
1/2 c chopped onions
2 c flour
salt, pepper
Dredge pork chops in flour, salt, and pepper. Fry in an iron skillet until almost done. Place in a baking pan and add just enough water to cover. Add onion and soups, cover and bake at 350 for 2 hours or until they are melt-in-your-mouth tender. serve over white or brown rice, and top with parsley flakesRecipe
