Cowboy Ranch Dressing and Dip Mix

List of Ingredients




Ranch Dressing Mix

Makes 1/4 cup

1 1/2 Tbs. dried parsley
1 Tbs. salt
1/2 Tbs dried chives
1/4 Tbs. dried oregano
1/4 Tbs dried tarragon
1/2 Tbs. garlic powder
1/2 Tbs lemon pepper

Blend all ingred. and package in a small jar.


RANCH DRESSING

Makes 1 cup.

1 TBS.Ranch Dressing Mix
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. butermilk

Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.

RANCH DIP
Makes 2 cups.

2 TBS Ranch Dressing Mix
1 c mayonnaise
1 c sour cream
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Serve as a dip for raw vegetables or as a topping for baked potatoes.

Hint:For embellishment of jar: Use a 6 oz old fashioned glass canning jar with glass lid and wire clamp. Wrap gold rope around neck of jar. Print the recipe for the Dressing or Dip (or both) on card stock. Decorate the card(s) with a plastic boot button strung on gold elastic cord.
