List of Ingredients

Basic Recipe, variations follow:

1/2 c instant coffee (ground into a powder using a coffeebean grinder)
1/2 c plus 6 TBS sugar
1 c plus 2 Tbs creamer (coffee-mate)


Mix all ingred. together in a small bowl. Store in a sealed container. To use place 2 TBS of the mix in a cup, add 1 c of boiling water and stir. Makes 18 servings


Varations:
Add 1/4 tsp cinnamon for a vienna flavor or

Use 1/2 cup French flavored creamer with the 1 cup of regular creamer for a french vanilla cafe flavor or

Add 4 TBS of Hazel-nut flavored creamer with 1/2 c plus 6 Tbs of plain creamer for a Hazelnut Belgian cafe flavor or

Add 4 TBS of cocoa and use 1 cup plus 4 TBS of sugar;use only 4 tsp of this mix in a cup of boiling water for a Suiss Mocha flavor or

Add 4 Tsp of cocoa and 4 TBS of French vanilla creamer for a Viennese Chocolate Cafe Flavor.
