3/4 Cup diced chicken breast
1 Teaspoon Creole Seasoning
1/4 Julienne Tasso
2 Tablespoons butter
1/4 Cup green onions, sliced
1/2 Cup heavy cream
10 oz. Cooked pasta (fettuine or linguini)
1 Tabelspoon grated parmasean cheese
Submerge cooked pasta into boiling water for 30 seconds drain well. Season chicken pieces with creole seasoning. Melt butter in saute pan. Add Tasso and saute 1 1/2 minutes to 2 minutes or until lightly brown. Add chicken and green onions. Saute until chicken is white. Add heavy cream and additional seasoning and bring to a simmer. Add heated and drained to a skillet. Bring back to a simmer. Reduce until pasta is coated with sauce. Using tongs, transfer patsa to bowl and top with chicken and sauce. Sprinkle with parmasean cheese. Serve immediately
