Tomatillo Cream Sauce for Raviolis
List of Ingredients
1 1/2 to 2 cups heavy cream
1 cup canned salsa verde
Recipe
Combine 1 1/2 cups of the cream with 1/2 cup of the salsa in a medium saucepan. Taste. If a spicier sauce is desired, add more salsa. For milder sauce, add more cream. Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly until sauce thickens slightly. Makes enough sauce for 24 large or 48 small ravioli.
