Roasted Red Pepper and Key Lime Chimichu

List of Ingredients
1 cup cilantro, loosely packed
8 cloves large cloves of garlic, peeled
1 cup roasted red pepper, chopped
1/4 cup jalapeno peppers, seeded and diced
2 tablespoon key lime juice
2 teaspoon lime zest, chopped
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
Combine ingredients in bowl of food processor fitted with steel blade. Pulse until pureed. Cover and let rest 30 minutes. Salt to taste before serving.
