1/2 cup ranch salad dressing
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 6-ounce bag barbecue-flavored potato chips -- crushed
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
In a shallow bowl, combine the dressing, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper; mix well.
Place the crushed potato chips in another shallow bowl.
Dip the chicken into the dressing mixture, then into the crushed potato chips, coating completely.
Place on a rimmed baking sheet that has been coated with nonstick cooking spray.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until no pink remains in the chicken.
