    1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
    1/2 cup bottled Italian salad dressing
    1/4 cup olive oil
    1 onion, sliced thin
    1 green bell pepper, sliced thin
    1 red bell pepper, sliced thin
    1 (6-ounce) jar artichoke hearts
    1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes
    1/4 cup sliced black olives
    Chopped garlic to taste
    Juice of 1/2 lemon
    Fresh or dried basil to taste
    Salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

    Directions:

    Marinate chicken in salad dressing about 1 hour.

    In a large skillet, heat the oil and saute onions and peppers until soft. Remove from pan and set aside.

    In the same pan, brown chicken on both sides. Return onions and pepper to pan; add artichokes and sun-dried tomatoes. Cook until the chicken is done. Add olives and garlic; continue cooking until heated.

    Remove from heat; add lemon juice, basil, salt and pepper to taste. Place in a serving dish. Sprinkle with feta cheese. Serve over pasta or couscous.

    May be made with shrimp.

    Serves 4.
